EN8 Bright Flat Bars

EN8 Bright Flat Bars are available in sizes ranging from 10mm*5mm to 150mm*50mm and
make options of ship plate, concast billet and VSP billet. Finding use in areas like general
engineering and fabrication jobs, grating industries, component manufacturing and others, these
are suitably used for engineering applications needing steel of greater strength.

Features:

 Allows tempering at heat between 550°C to 660°C

 Can also be offered in quenched finish using oil/water after heating process for further
hardening of steel

 Finding suitability for engineering applications that need steel of superior strength which
can be tempered at heat between 550°C to 660°C

 Quality unalloyed medium carbon steel that comes with optimum thermo mechanical
rolling support for superior finish strength

 Comes with less carbon content that helps in handling welding processes without
preheating support for pieces up to 18mm in thickness using MIG wire
