Risk Control measures

Only inducted worker shall be deputed at the work place.
Trained worker shall be deputed at work place
Tool Box talk on Activities to be carried out in day, hazards associated with the
activities, Precautions to be taken.
Work Permit to be obtained

Work area shall be barricaded and warning signs shall be displayed.

Ensure movement of Farana on even surface

Guide rope to be used for erection
Ensure safe scoffolding with access
Ensure person above 2mtr. Height with full body safety Harness ancourage
Ensure person do not come below lifting material
Erected steel members shall be properly braced and supported for stability.
Work area shall be barricaded and warning signs shall be displayed.
Work shall be done under close supervision
Proper and uniform stacking to be done on leveled surface with packing.

ELCB and proper fuse in main supply board to be there. only approved scaffolds to
be used for working at height ,Trained persons to be deployed at work competent
supervisor to be present at all time during hot work activities.
Use of good insulation of welding supply & erecting cable.
Joint free cable to be used
Inspected welding machine to be used
Hot work permit to be taken from concern project and safety dept.
Proper earthling to job and welding machine.
Proper access & platform shall be provided.
Remove all flammable & combustible materiel from work area.
Fire extinguisher to be kept available near by working area.
Safety shoes, safety helmet, safety goggle, Reflective jacket, cotten hand gloves,
FBSH to be used. Area under working to be properly cordoned off.

Ensure unauthourised entry, ensure safe distance between man and Farana
Ensure TPI inspected cherrypicker should be used for height work
Before lifting of material with lifting equipment supervisor inspect all tied slings are
in proper way,then only material to be lifted.
Inspectd self tapping screw m/c used
Ensure proper anchorage point and lifeline for height work
No person stand below the lifted load Precautaions to be taken to prevent load swing.
