Additional Instructions for mailing your package

Securely pack the items in a box.
Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode
without overlapping any adjacent side.
If you don't have a printer and have difficulty printing all return documents please follow below steps
Write down the "to address" and "from address" legibly as it appears in the "Mailing label" and affix on the package
Write the "Declaration Letter" in a piece of paper and attach to the package
Attach a copy of the original invoice / bill
Choose a carrier with package tracking capabilities. Choosing a carrier without tracking capabilities could result in refund
being denied by Amazon. (Preferred service is EMS Speed post)
