Come meet your Board of Directors and other PHP members. Social
hour(s) with hors d'oeuvres served. Hope to see many of you there!
7:00-9:00 PM: Respiratory Equipment Play Date (Pediatric Home Services)
Stop by and experience what your client does. Try out a cough assist,
CPT therapy vest, more hands on with Trilogy Ventilators and AVAPS
settings. Ask Bruce anything about respiratory equipment/specifics you
are working with.
*CPR and Ventilator class must be pre-registered to reserve a place in the class. Day of
Conference registration will be based on availability of space in the class.
*Ventilator Recertification: Must have current Adult or Pediatric certification to do
recertification. Each attendee will receive recertification for both Adult and Pediatric
RCS in this class.

*Please note that this event is a PHP member conference and therefore, membership
is required for these activities.
• Last day of online registration is August 30th. Last day to postmark
registration is August 28th. Preregistration must include registration
form filled out completely AND payment. All pre-registrations will be
eligible for a special raffle prize! Walk in registrations will be
welcome at an additional cost of $10 per conference day, all fees
payable at the door.
Substitution Policy: The PHP reserves the right to substitute speakers.
Refund Policy: Cancellations made after September 2nd will not receive a refund. Cancellations before
this date will be charged a $25 handling fee and the remainder will be refunded.
