Banana Rice Flakes Smoothie

Introduction:
Smoothie is a thick beverage made from blended raw vegetables or
fruits with other ingredients such as water, milk and sweeteners. It
contains dietary fiber, hence easily digestible and gives instant
energy. The best time to have a smoothie is directly after doing
exercise / yoga. All the ingredients are added raw or uncooked, so

Ingredients requirement:
✔ Rice Flakes – 1 cup
✔ Coconut Milk – ½ cup
✔ Chopped Banana – 1 or 2 nos
✔ Grated Coconut – as required
✔ Cardamom Powder – 1 or 2 pieces of powder
✔ Palm Sugar– as required

Process Description:
✔ Take soaked & washed rice flakes, grated coconut, banana,
cardamom powder and palm sugar in a blender jar. Add the coconut
milk and blend on high till it is grind well. Thus, the banana
rice flakes smoothie is ready. Enjoy it by consuming!
