GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
GENERAL RULES

1. The competition will be open for Management Students only.


2. Reporting time is one hour before the event.
3. Decision of judges will be final and binding to all.
4. Rules and rounds, if needed, may vary without prior intimation.
5. All participants are required to carry their valid Identity Cards with
photographs signed by the appropriate authorities of the respective
Institutes.
6. All participants and audience are requested to follow strict dress code for
all the events except those who are required to participate in events like
Dance, Fashion Show etc.
7. Registration must be done till 7th Feb 2019.

Note: -
There will be participation from three courses (MBA, MBA HRD, MBA
IT) of M.V.P’s IMRT for each event.

 The video of advertisement should be shot by using mobile / handy-cam
Advertisement should be related to the product provided as above.
 The duration of the advertisement should be of maximum 4 minute.
 Submit the advertisement video and a word file consisting of
description of Ad in CD/PD till 4:00 pm on 26th Feb 2018.

(Note: The pre-evaluation of Ad will be done by the judges and display of


Ad will be on 28th Feb 2018 during the Ad-mad show and results will be
declared at the end of same event)
