The CFC-Youth for Christ (YFC), one of the family ministries of Couples for Christ, is a lay-
charismatic group under the Archdiocese of Lipa and a movement officially recognized by the
Vatican (Roman Catholic Church) and currently endorsed by the Department of Education.

The entry point to the YFC is a two-day live-in program called Youth Camp. This program is
open to young male or female ages 13-21 years of age.

The Youth Camp is a place where they will hear the Word of God proclaimed by other young
adults like themselves in an environment of fun and excitement, where they do not experience
any form of pressure from adults. It is the place where they can form friendships with one another
through sports, games and as they share ideas and experiences, and entertain one another in a
wholesome environment where Christian values are talked about and are actively practiced. It is
the place where they will be stimulated and encouraged to develop their gifts and potentials for
leadership as they are exposed to other young adults who are actively involved in serving them
as speakers, facilitators, sports and games coordinators, and other services that are essential to
the life of the Youth Camp.

In this regard, may we request the use school facilities and 3 class rooms of (Name of school)
on (date coverage) to be use during the teaching activities and as a sleeping camp.

(this is optional) In light of this request we also pledge to donate an amount of Php 1,000.00 to
the school for the use of its facilities and electricity.
