I am very interested and excited in the position of High School Teacher at Calamba Integrated School.
I graduated BS Nursing year 1995 and got a license as Registered Nurse on the same year with additional
18 units in BS Education year 2012-2013. I passed LET – Licensure Examination for Teachers major in
Biological Science with the released of rating on November 22, 2013 and got my license which was
released on December 12, 2013. I practiced one year of teaching on June 2013 but unfortunately, the
school’s policy was not giving certificate of employment to any but I enclosed the Certificate of Recognition
as “ Gawad Genyong Guro 2nd and 3rd quarter 2013. ”
I’ve one daughter, 11 years old, that I could assure of for the right timing for me to contribute my patience,
dedication as a hard-working and God-fearing professional for the benefit of students to maintain an orderly
and safety environment, therefore conducive for learning is also observed. In addition, the enclosed
Personal Data Sheet contains a comprehensive look for my educational background and skills relevant to
this position and I am confident that I am one of those outstanding applicants for this job.
