“The mind is evrything. What you think you become” according to Buddha.

It is not the boss nor the motivation that directly affects our performance, it is us.
We can classify ourselves as an employee based fro the video. I believe we
only have two choices, to be a Performer and a Highly Effective Doer. The
opportunity to work was given to us so we must be seeking for the opportunity to be
motivated for “Opportunity is granted to those actively looking” as stated in
MotivateBot. No one will do that for us. We must be an asset of the company we
are working for. A highly effectvie doer willing to work, learn and improve with the
other empolyees. Congruent to Lisa Mc Querry’s statement “Professional behaviour
generate collaborative work and elevate the status of the company.” We must be
cooperative and productive enough to compensate the benefits we are receiving for.
Truly disagreement exists in all aspects of life. We need to adopt our own way
of managing negative behavior that damages productivity and destroys morale.
We should not be aiming to become Supressive Person or Potential Trouble
Source because according to Lisa Mcquerry “Poor or unprofessional behaviors have
the potential to thwart productivity , decrease morale and create a poorpublic image”
for we are teachers and we are professionals.
If we really do not like the sysytem, we can leave at once and find the opportunity
we have been looking for because “The only courage anybody ever need is the
courage to follow your own dreams” as stated by Oprah Winfrey. There might be
another oportunity waiting for us outside the department rather than force ourselves to
fit in and feel dissatisfied.
