East Godavari District - Participated in Strike by the Public Health Workers of
certain demands – Regularisation of strike period of the regular and
contract/outsourcing workers of Yeleswaram Nagar Panchayat for strike period of
33 days i.e., from 08.04.2014 to 13.04.2014 (6) days and from 16.12.2015
to 11.01.2016 (27) days total (33) days as eligible leave, as a special case –

ORDER:

In the circumstances reported by the Director of Municipal Administration,

A.P., Guntur in the reference read above, Government after careful examination
of the matter hereby permit the Director of Municipal Administration, A.P., Guntur
to regularise the strike period of 33 days i.e., from 08.04.2014 to 13.04.2014 (6)
days and from 16.12.2015 to 11.01.2016 (27) days total (33) days from the
available leave of the individuals i.e., regular and contract/outsourcing workers of
Yeleswaram Nagar Panchayat, East Godavari District, who have participated in
the strike, as a special case.
2. The Director of Municipal Administration shall take necessary action in the
matter, accordingly.
