Clean the site and level it with minor

cutting and filling.

Refer to drawing. Establish main

control stations for the building with
reference and coordinate given and
2 traverse to be closed properly and
verified. Calibrated theodolite and
standard leveling instruments shall be
used for carrying out survey works.

Establish temporary benchmark for

3 level control with reference to the
benchmark provided by the client.

Demarcation of the plot and marking

the actual boundaries. Setting up of
grid lines and levels in both the

directions for works like earth work in
excavation, foundation, trenches,
roads pipelines etc

Conduct survey work as per plan.

5 Keep records as per format
QF/SUR/01 and sketches.

Check the required bottom level of

PCC.

Check the top level of footing and raft

after casting. Transfer the centre line
7 for columns on the footing and raft.
Transfer BMs on column to facilitate
level control of floor slab.
