Scenario of conflict:
Conflict I encountered short while ago was of domain clash between IT department and
marketing department, the person who is handling sub domain of marketing as in lower rank was
unable to understand that presentations don’t come under IT department. On the other hand, I
was unable to make him understand that IT department here is only providing digital and
technical services. Being in higher position after few attempts, I in the end reacted very
aggressive towards him to deal with the issue at that time. Which later on result in further

After knowing different traits of personalities in previous class I realized, that my direct and
aggressive communication style results in creating more conflicts, and he on the other hand, lies
under spirited communication style. Subsequently analyzing this situation, I should have
encouraged him instead of ordering, I could have told him that he is capable of doing it on his
own and he can do it as it comes under his JD, even if he doesn’t know how it’s done, I could
have given him task to learn it from Youtube or make him understand that if he doesn’t learn
today it will later on affect his carrier. Dealing this way could have result in better professional
