Our vision entails a united community where all members, especially family and children, have
the opportunities and resources to be healthy, successful, nurtured, educated, safe, and self-
sufficient while being encouraged to become more productive citizens.

As part of this initiative, we are working to revitalize the community gardens in Washington
County. These gardens will benefit members of the community in a number ways. These benefits
include: providing fresh, safe, and affordable herbs, fruit, and vegetables, providing educational
opportunities to learn and share knowledge, encouraging physical activity, and beautifying
vacant lots throughout the area.

We are asking that you consider our cause. You can show your support by making a donation,
whether it is monetary or by supplies. Your contribution will be acknowledged at our committee
and planning meetings. We would also like to extend an invitation to join us in our efforts by
joining us for a Garden Clean-Up Day.
