Packaging requirement of hazardous chemical
Classify chemical – according to list of classified
chemical
If chem classify as not listed – classify accdg
physical, health & enviro hazard (Ind. Code prac)
DG found inconsistency – determine classification

Principal supplier shall follow DG order
Fine not exceed RM10K / imprison not exceed 1yr
