Public Notice / Caution against fraudulent communication by unscrupulous elements

regarding “Recruitment Offers” in RINL

Job aspirants are cautioned to be aware of unscrupulous elements who issue fraudulent
communication, pretending to be on behalf of RashtriyaIspat Nigam Limited (RINL), offering
candidates fake Appointment Letter directly by Hand/ fake e-mails / Website for monetary
consideration.

All Job aspirants of RINL are hereby informed that RINL issues Appointment Offers to the
selected candidates only through postal dispatch/ e-mail to their registered e-mail ids, but not by
Hand delivery or any other means. Further, no candidate can be selected without passing through
the Selection Process comprising Written Test followed by Personal Interview for Executive
posts and Written test for Non-Executive posts. In both the cases, the selected candidates are
required to undergo Medical Examination.

A few instances have come to the notice that candidates are bringing fake/doctored Appointment
Letters / offers even without applying for the Post and undergoing the above mentioned selection
process.

The prospective candidates/job aspirants are therefore cautioned not to fall prey to the designs of
such unscrupulous elements, who try to dupe the unsuspecting aspirants/candidates. RINL shall
not be responsible, if candidates respond to any such fraudulent communication/ activity.

Persons possessing any specific information, about such unscrupulous elements or their activities
are requested to complain immediately to the Chief Vigilance Officer, RINL-VSP on toll-free
