Dear Sir,

Greetings in the name of our Lord!

The different departments of the College of St. Adeline will be having its annual celebration of COLLEGE
WEEK on September 24-28, 2018 the theme for this year is “Through innovation of uniting and
continuing Pride Success” DCSA is a mecca of talents through the said celebrations the students of our
institution will be showcasing different skills in different areas of Academic and Non-Academic Areas.

The following are the objectives of the said celebrations:

1. To provide the students encouragement and support for their activities participation.
2. To provides a valuable opportunities for students in which to grow and develop their individual
potential.
3. To extend classroom learning and let students have a balance development on knowledge,
ability, attitude and values, so as to realize our objectives in education, i.e. education on
spiritual, moral, intellectual, physical, social and aesthetic aspects.
4. To give the students the opportunity to develop their personalities by participating and
acquiring some proficiency in activities which are outside the normal curriculum of the school.

We believe that students are able to organize and promote activities. By doing so, they enjoy the
activities more and develop leadership and acquire the skills necessary in organizing activities. The said
celebration would also serves as one of our MARKETING STRATEGIES as we promoting our K-12 program
to the future Senior High School students as we are planning to do this activities and celebration an
OPEN HOUSE Activities. The prospective students are invited to come and join the celebration.

In connection with this may we ask from your good heart to allow us to sell raffle tickets, entrance ticket
and to have different booths during the said celebration. The earnings will be used for the expenses and
to materialize the activities during the celebration.
