Objective:

General description

It consists of the execution of the necessary measures to save human lives, rescue assets

plans for events. In the logic of the risk continuum, this process develops actions to
anticipate future risks that arise from the disaster scenario.

General description

Recovering consists in restoring acceptable and sustainable living conditions through


permanent rehabilitation, repair or reconstruction of the infrastructure, goods and
services destroyed, interrupted or damaged in the affected area, and the reactivation or
promotion of the economic and social development of the community under conditions
of lower risk than what existed before the disaster.
