 Working in the Environment Club and responsible for managing events and year round meetings. Recently an event
AVSAR was organized which was aimed towards helping the poor people in slums areas of Shimla and Solan.
 Working in the Synapse Club, the student body of Deptt. Of Biotechnology and Bioinformatics.
 Played a major role in organizing the event Voice for BT, 2016 the annual North India level declamation
competition by Novozymes supported by the Association of Biotechnology Led Enterprises (ABLE) as
a knowledge partner at JUIT Waknaghat.
 Played a major role in organizing the industrial visit to Minchy’s Food Products, Solan in 2016 and
learnt about manufacturing process of beverages , jams , sauces etc.
 Part of Outreach Club under Synapse and helped in conducting the visit to Central Research Institute,
Kasauli and learnt about the present research work in vaccines and antisera.
 Worked in the Rotaract Club and participated in events such as Tree Plantation and Practices in Organic Farming
in 2016.

Projects and Startups

Cidering
(A project aimed towards understanding the biochemical processes involved in the wine production in industries held in
2016)
 Regular analysis was done and the status of each process was recorded in the laboratory.
 The wine was aged for 2 months for its better quality and the alcoholic content was determined.
