 KRA includes coordinating with A/c managers of all verticals for their New & Renewal
Orders leads generated, until the orders are booked completely.
 Maintaining and sharing MIS on daily basis to RBM of region along with all the other
stakeholders – for current position of Orders in system.
 Taking daily follow-ups with respective A/c managers and RSDM, for pushing closure of OB
– to meet committed numbers of quarter. Ensuring Co-ordination between Sales and Delivery
 Ensuring timely updates for issues in orders to facilitate smooth OB cleaning
 Facilitate Cleaning of orders – triggered in system, Flash MIS on daily and weekly basis to all
stakeholders.
