Deepak Rathi | Principal Founder & Director | 28 Years Industry Experience

Deepak has enjoyed a long career of 25 years in several corners of the recruitment consulting industry with ABC
Consultants as Executive Director. In the last 15 years he has successfully handled key strategic projects for ABC
apart from being the CFO for the group and establishing presence in international markets and launching new
products/models/brands. He was part of the core team to successfully complete the largest JV deal in India in
recruitment consulting between Manpower Inc. and ABC. Deepak was instrumental in conceptualizing and
launching HeadHonchos.com. He started HeadCount (a business of ABC Consultants) in 2010 and was the COO for
the unit. Deepak has completed his MDP (GM) from IIM Lucknow. Deepak specialises in CFO searches.

An Entrepreneur at heart, he is a natural with numbers. His love for films and cricket is well known in his circles, not
necessarily in that order!

Pinaki has an overall experience of 25 years and was with ABC Consultants as Executive Director for 18 years. A
Consultant with over two decades experience in the Executive Search Industry, he has helped Indian & Multinational
organizations in India & overseas with their Board/CXO/Leadership searches focusing mainly on the Infrastructure,
Real Estate, Auto, Process, Manufacturing and FMCG/Consumers sectors. Pinaki is a Post Graduate in Management
from IISWBM, Kolkata.

Sudeep Chakraborty | Founder & Director | 22 Years Industry Experience

Sudeep has an overall experience of 21 years and was with ABC Consultants for 18 years, lastly as Executive Director.
He started his executive search and selection career at ABC Mumbai. His body of work encompassed sectors like
FMCG, FMCD, Retail, Pharma and Manufacturing. He moved to Delhi in 2008 to execute MD’s vision of developing
a captive RPO and Candidate Development Cell (CDC) which supported hiring of 6000+ candidates in various
industries across the company. In his last major assignment in ABC, he was managing ABC’s HeadCount initiative as
a National Practice Head and had successfully placed 2000+ professionals in the last 8 years. Sudeep is an MBA
(HR) from DAVV (IMS) Indore

Sudeep’s heart beats to rhythms ranging from Zakir Hussain’s tabla to percussions from Africa. Osibisa to
