MANUAL
EXPORT VISIBILITY SYSTEM
I. LIST MENU
This application has several menus, including:

MENU SUB MENU DESC


Tracking a. Shows chart info of delivery
progress
b. Shows data shipment details
c. Shows data container details
Doc Collabs a. Shows list of active Shipment
Invoices
b. Upload the required soft copy
document per Shipment Invoice
c. Approval or reject documents
Master a. Market Shows the master market list
b. Document Shows the master document list
Setting a. User Manage for user data management
b. Role Set for data management and role
access
c. Document Set for management of document
Permission permissions per role and market

II. ACCESS
This application can be accessed on
URL Address : https://evy.lnjlogistics.com

III. USING

1. Login Page
First open your browser then access the following address
https://evy.lnjlogistics.com , the page will appear as below

2. Login
Enter your username and password, then click Sign In. If your username and
password are authenticated then it will go to the Tracking page as
below

If your username and password are invalid, a warning will appear as below

3. Master Market
3.1. Add Data Market

Open the Master Market menu, then click the Add button or icon , the
page will appear as bellows

Enter the Market name, Market Code, Description then click Save.

3.2. Edit Data Market


Open the Master Market menu, click the Edit button on the market data you
want to edit,

Then an edit page will appear as below

Change the desired data then click Save


** To deactivate market data, change the status of market data to non active then
click Save

4. Master Document
4.1. Add Document Type

Open the Master Document menu, then click the Add button or icon , the
page will appear as bellows

Enter the Document Name, Retention day, and Description then click Save

4.2. Edit Tipe Document


Open the Master Document menu, click the Edit button on the document data you
want to edit,

Then an edit page will appear as below

Change the desired data then click Save


** To deactivate document data, change the status of document data to non active
then click Save

5. Setting User
5.1. Add User

Open the User Settings menu, then click the Add button or icon , the page will
appear as follows

Fill in all the data above, then click Save

5.2. Edit User


Open the User Settings menu, click the Edit button on the user data you want to
change,

Then an edit page will appear as below

Change the desired data then click Save

6. Setting Role
6.1. Add Role

Open the Role Settings menu, then click the Add button or icon , the page
will appear as follows

Fill in the name of the role then click Save.


Next set access permissions on the new roles that have been created by clicking Edit
button,

the page will appear as follows

Specify the desired access permission then click Save

6.2. Edit Role


Open the Role Settings menu, then click the Edit button on the data role you
want to change

Then the display will appear as below

Change the data you want to edit then click Save

7. Setting Dokumen Permission


Open the Settings Document Permission menu, the page will appear as follows

Specify the Role and Market that will be set document permissions, then specify the
access to the desired document then click Save.

** To set document permissions through excel upload, create a template document


permission template with the header template as follows

Then enter the Settings Document Permission menu and click Choose
File

Select the template document permission file that was created then click Import.

8. Tracking
8.1. Single Tracking Shipment
Open the Single Tracking Menu, the display will appear as below

Enter the Shipment Refference number, then click Search


Then the info shipment will appear as follows

9. Doc Collabs
9.1. Upload Document
Open the Doc Collabs menu, the page will appear as follows

Click the Details button on the desired Shipment Invoice, the display will appear as
follows

Click the Upload PDF button, a pop-up will appear as follows

Select the file to be uploaded according to each type of document,

After finishing selecting the file, click Upload, it will go to the Doc Collabs Details
page like this

9.2. Request Approval Document


After the required documents have been uploaded, click Request Approval to apply
document validation

9.3. Approval / Reject Document


After the Request Approval, first review the uploaded document, then press the
Approve button to approve and publish the document

Or press the Reject button to reject the document if the uploaded document is not
suitable

A pop-up will appear as follows

Fill in the reason why the uploaded document was rejected then click Yes

9.4. View Document


To see the documents that have been uploaded, press the Details button on the
desired Shipment Invoice, it will appear as follows

Press the View button on the type of document you want to see, then you will be
able to see the uploaded document on the next tab

9.5. Tracking Shipment
To see the shipping status of the Shipment Invoice, click Tracking Shipment,

then it will immediately redirect to the Detail Tracking page as below

10. Logout
To exit the application, please tap your profile in the top right corner,

Then click Logout ,

then you have left the application
