Most likely people looking at this site for a chest workout are not geniouses as you so
intelligently describe them. Technically a superset is two sets done in succession
without a break and a triset is three sets done in the same fashion. And no, I am not
shocked to see snarky comments by pretentious assholes on a weightlifting comment
section.

If you don't know what a triset is, think this is too many sets, or don't know what weight to use
I'll put it simply for you.
Find another routine in the beginner's section.
