Dear Sir:

I read in the bulletin of our school’s guidance office, February 20, 2019 edition, that you are in need of
new police officers. I wish to apply in the said position and I believe that I am qualified because I am a
graduate of Bachelor of Science in Criminology of Cor Jesu College.

I had my internship in various law enforcement agencies such as, Philippine National Police Digos City
Station, Bureau of Jail Management and Penology Digos City, Bureau of Fire Protection Digos City
Station, Criminal Investigation and Detection Group Digos City and also in our school where I
experienced being a school guard. With those experiences, I had learned a lot of knowledge and became
more productive that helps me improved my skills and understanding in my chosen field.

I have attended seminars and symposiums about drugs and federalism. I already have my NC II
Certificate in information technology and also ROTC certificate where I became a cadet officer. I also
attached here my resume for more information about myself. Thank you for the time reading this letter
and if you have more questions to ask, I am very much willing to go for an interview on Thursday and
Friday nine o’clock in the morning.
