    Chapter Leadership: Dr. N. Rama Rao currently working as Associate Professor
    Chair: Dr. T. Hitendra Sarma at Indian Institute of Space Science Technology (IIST)
    hitendrasarma@ieee.org Trivendrum. He received Ph.D from Indian Institute of
    Secretary/Treasurer : Technology, Roorkee, on a topic in hyperspectral remote
    Dr. Mousmi Ajay Chaurasia sensing image processing, in 2006. He received National
    mousmi.ksu@ieee.org Doctoral Fellowship (NDF) by the All India Council for
    Member: Dr. Tilottama Goswami
    Professor of CSE,
    Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, India. Further,
    Anurag Group of Institutions, Hyderabad he also got Endeavour Post-Doctoral Research Fellowship
    by the Department of Education Science and Training,
