Online registration takes just three easy steps
1. Register with your contact details.
2. Register your product using the EAN code on the packaging,
and, in the case of a xenon product, verify its authenticity
first using the integrated OSRAM Trust Tool
(required: packaging label code, data on lamp base).
3. Upload the receipt.
How to claim your warranty
OSRAM XENARC ® ULTRA LIFE or OSRAM ULTRA LIFE
headlight lamps that fail to work properly due to a product
defect in non-commercial applications during the warranty
period are covered by the OSRAM guarantee program and will
be replaced. To receive a new lamp, just send the defective
product in a padded package along with the complaint form,
receipt (in the case of no online registration) and postage
paid to the OSRAM contact address from the country list.
