    II. SUMMARY

    1. On March 26, 2014, a Height Clearance Permit was issued for the construction of
    one-unit bungalow building on Lot 515-D-2 GSS 305, Kayhuvukan, Basco, Batanes.
    However, construction was not accomplished for reasons stated.

    2. In a telephone inquiry made by Mr. Gabotero at CAAP Central Office for the
    maximum allowable height at the subject location he was advised to formalize such
    request.

    3. That such Height Clearance information was needed prior to design of a much higher
    structure.
