    container deposit/s the demurrage/detention/container damage incurred or any correction and
    charges advised from origin. If charges is not sufficient to container deposit amount, we agree
    to deduct to other container deposit of our shipment and make the check payable to MAXIMO
    LUCKY8 CORP.
