Sub: Guidelines for Online submission of NH crossing case.

As per guidelines issued by Ministry of Road Transport & Highway issued on 22.11.2016,
for the approval of crosslnq of transmission line over the National Highway, the utilities are required
to submit a hard copy of the proposal (2 copies) and upload the same Online.

Till date an empanelled consultant of MORTH was being hired by the SE's(T&C) of RVPN for
uploading their NH crossing cases but now MORTH has allowed utilities to upload the cases.

In this regard, we have prepared the guidelines for "ON-LINE" submission of cases and
same is enclosed herewith for your necessary action in the matter. For any query in the matter
