Minutes of the Meeting:

 The event started with a prayer followed by a welcoming and opening remarks shared
by the school head, Madam Carmen H. Carlos.
 Each learning area reported their accomplishments for the preceding grading period.
o Filipino – Ms. Maricris M. Bayani
 Remedial Reading
o English – Ms. Glyndel B. Sadsad
 Remedial Reading and Reading Month Celebration in November 2018
o Mathematics – Mr. Nathaniel D. Deldoc
 Boy Scout Camping, Remedial Instruction in Mathematics
o Science – Mr. Zaldy A. Quijano Jr.
 Science Caravan
o Values Education – Mr. Ferian M. Erana
 ICT Integration, Use of Mobile Phones Agreement
o Araling Panlipunan – Mr. Edsel G. Tala
 SSG Leaders
o Technology and Livelihood Education – Ms. Kimberly Bacani
 Feeding Program
o MAPEH – Ms. Jennet C. Sadsad
 Medical and Dental Missions
 Ma’am Jennet then reiterated the itineraries for the upcoming 5th Founding
Anniversary of the school.
 Parents, teachers and school head agreed upon the schedule, the venue and the
activities for the celebration.
 Following are the cards-out per section for the Third Quarter and the communication
of the learners’ progress.
 Students who are Achievers and With Honors were awarded alongside with their
parents.

 The event started with a prayer led by one of the students, followed by a welcoming
and opening remarks shared by the adviser, Ms. Glyndel B. Sadsad.
 The school insurance system was discussed along with its conditions and
requirements for availing.
 The Homeroom PTA Officers agreed with their projects namely:
o Cabinet
o Reading Corner
o Curtains
 Parents and teachers agreed with a certain amount to share for their projects.

the learners’ progress.
 Students who are Achievers and With Honors were awarded alongside with their
parents.

 The election of the Homeroom PTA Officers was conducted where the following
parents were designated among the following positions.
