Conclusion
Thus we can conclude that, instead of Total Stresses, Midas shows stresses for the complete section starting from
the Slab Top, Slab Bottom which is also the Steel Girder Top and Steel Girder Bottom.
So, Stress at the topmost fiber is the Stress at the Top of the Slab or Part 2 in concrete, and Stress at the
bottommost fiber is the Stress at the Bottom of the Girder or Part 1 in steel.
