Terms and conditions are as below: (Not Limited to)

1. PF and ESIC (Employer and Employee) is in your scope.

2. Safety PPEs will be in your scope and in case it is being issued by Opera Gratia, it will be on a
chargeable basis, Cost+25%.
3. Unloading, lifting, shifting, protection and security of all materials / equipment is in your scope. We
shall request L&T to give you a designated temporary space to you where you have to make
storage space / office for your operation. You have to shift your temporary location / store in 2-3
days whenever L&T team will ask for the same and allot temporary location to you.
4. Lifts will be provided to you by L&T for materials / manpower movement, in pre-determined time.
It will not be chargeable.
5. Retention, TDS will be deducted from your RA Bill.
6. No idle charges of labor will be paid to you.
7. Supply and use of electrical cable, sockets and lights will be in your scope. Power and Water will be
available to you without any charge.
8. After you job, the completion will be considered only when all the points address / rectified which
is raised after witnessed by L&T and accepted by PMC / Client.
9. Due to your chemical / materials / equipment, if any damage happened on installed / uninstalled
materials and manpower at site, you will be solely responsible and necessary amount will be
deducted from you.
10. You have to hand over back the apartment, after deep cleaning, as it is with installed all MEP / Non
MEP fixtures and any theft / damage in this will be your responsibility.
11. You have to submit duly signed checklist by Project Engineer of L&T by 25th of every month. Post
approval of checklist, RA bill shall be raised and hard copy to be submitted through courier to our
corporate office.
12. Payment will be cleared within 3 weeks of receipt of invoice from your side.
13. Standard Terms and Conditions listed on our website www.befikr.in will also be applicable.
