Re: LDC Program Report—2019 Mid-Service Year

Dear Brothers,

The Local Design/Construction Department or LDC has prepared a PowerPoint

presentation to update all congregations about the activities of the LDC for the first half of the
2019 service year. Please present this report at your next mid-week meeting.

This report has three goals: (1) to give an overview of some of the accomplishments and
on the ongoing projects to be built for this service year; (2) to encourage all brothers and sisters
to support the LDC program either by their prayers, volunteering, or contributing financially; (3)
to promote enthusiasm and stimulate continued support. Hence, it is important that whoever you
assign to present this should deliver it in an encouraging and enthusiastic way. A document is
provided with the PowerPoint presentation to help the speaker present the information on each
slide. This part should only be five minutes in length. If there is no scheduled local needs part in
the next midweek meeting, you may allow time for this report by reducing the time spent on
other parts of the meeting.
