My favorite food is banh chung.It is a traditional food of my country. This food is

usually served on the Lunar New Year.It was made from rice,meat and bean. Banh
chung is very delicious,yummy, and suitable for most people.I prefer to have my
food late evening before 8 p.m everyday.

Why did you join?

I joined this service because I feel that it is very interesting and useful.I’m a doctor
so I have no time to prepare my own meals.Moreover, I am living alone here where
haven’t a lot of restaurant.

What do you think about the service?

Well,I think the service is very good.It’s very useful for the busy peoples as me.
They don’t need to go out ,they will have a shipper bring the food which they want
to buy.
How do you feel about the recent rise in the price of pizzas? It was 20%
cheaper before.

I feel the price of pizzas is not suitable because most customers who prefer to eat
pizza are student,so they haven’t a lot of money.I think you should give some
discount for their loyal customers as me.

Hi Hoa,

Have you heard the new about the fee for the meals’delivery will constitute 10%
the meal order.I really disappointed with the extra charge for each order. If they
charge for the service ,the price of each food will increased. It ‘s very bad. I do not
understand why they made that decision.Should I write a complain email to send
them?

customer and I have been used your service since two years back.I am satisfied
with service until reading the notice.Your charge took me feel very unhappy.

. If you charge for the service ,the price of each food will increased.therefore, I
think you should reduce the delivery price.it is suitable for everyone such as the
meals’delivery will constitute 5% the meal order.May I suggest that your company
discount for your loyal customer as me.Hope your management will be consider
