-city and provincial prosecutors and their assistants,


officials and prosecutors of the office of ombudsman

-president, director or trustees or managers of


GOCCS, state universities or educational institutions
or foundations

other offenses or felonies whether simple or


complexed with other crimes committed by public
officials and employees in relation to their office

civil and criminal cases filed pursuant to and in


connection with Eos 1,2,14,14-A issued in 1986
(those filed in connection with the ill-gotten wealth
of Marcos)

petitions of writ of mandamus, prohibition,


certiorari, habeas corpus, injunctions and other
ancillary writs and processes in aid of its appellate
jurisdiction , and over petitions of similar nature,
including quo warranto, in cases filed under Eos,
1,2,14,14-A issued 1986

money-laundering cases involving public officers and


private persons in conspiracy with the former
co-principals, accomplices or accessories with the
public officers or employees shall be tried together
with the latter

JURISDICTION OF FAMILY COURT


Exclusive Original Jurisdiction Concurrent Jurisdiction with CA
criminal cases where one or more of the accused is petitions for writs of habeas corpus
below 18 yo but not less than 9 yo involving children

or where one or more of the victims is a minor at the


time of comission of offense; provided that if a minor
is found guilty, the court shall promulgate sentence
and ascertain any civil liability wc the accused may
have incurred

cases against minors cognizable under Dangerous


Drugs Act
violations of RA 7610 or Special Protection of
Children Against Child Abuse, Exploitation and
Discrimination Act
cases of domestic violence against women and
children
