BASE LDAP INFORMATION FOR SERVICENOW INTEGRATIONS

• LDAP Server Url (domain controller host name and port)


• Login credentials (service account with read only access and pwrd)
• Starting Search Directory (RDN)
• OU's (within starting search directory) where user records are located
• Filter for identifying user records
• OU's (within starting search directory) where group records are located
• Filter for identifying group records
• Attributes to be pulled from AD

CLIENT will need to open a firewall on your end to connect to ServiceNow.com.

Here are the ServiceNow.com IP addresses.
• For integrations INBOUND to the customer network (LDAP or otherwise) the source
IP addresses are 199.91.140.0/24 & 199.91.140.12
◦ For standard LDAP we use port 389.
◦ For secure LDAP (LDAPS) we use port 636 and you will need your SSL
certificate in PEM or DER format.
• For OUTBOUND integration to the ServiceNow network, the destination IP address
will be 199.91.140.100 and 199.91.140.102
