Tubal, we discussed the

matters of the New Building project which started last year, April 27
2018

The structure was formerly completed and now in the state of

completion. The hollow blocks are being placed and the cement are
now in the process of being applied.
The principal then claimed that the structure was supposedly should
be done by March. However, was soon extended until August (kindly
inquired by Ma’am Flora to DepEd) due to reckoning that perhaps
there was some complications such as losing some construction
workers and a couple of complaints.
One of the problems that were encountered at the making of the
New Building was the cutting of the trees at the said plot near
elementary and high school. Said problems were even discussed at
the radio. Moreover, in the midst of making the new building, the
complaints still continues to pile up. Though, they were
acknowledged by Madam Flora, the project nonetheless still
continued. Our principal the affirmed that the project was owned by
DepEd
