Management Plan (PPMP), Annual Procurement Plan (APP) and
Project Monitoring Report (PMR) and associated laws and rules.

Standardized Bidding Procedures for Goods and

Infrastructure Projects

The rules governing the procurement of goods and infrastructure
projects, including additional illustration and/or explanation as
provided by the latest resolutions, guidelines, opinions, and similar
issuances

Philippine Bidding Documents for the Procurement of

3:30 – 5:00 pm Goods and Infrastructure Projects

Workshop on the proper preparation, accomplishment, and

submission of bidding forms, eligibility documents, and bidding
envelopes for the procurement of goods and infrastructure.

Civil, Penal and Administrative Provisions

imposable penalties as provided in RA 9184 and its IRR

Protest Mechanism and Blacklisting Guidelines

The rules governing (a) the suspension or “blacklisting” of

suppliers/contractors/consultants, and (b) the remedies
available to aggrieved parties in the procurement process
