RE: LABOR CASE

Dear Sir:

I am pleased that you have asked my services as your counsel. At the outset of
any engagement, I believe it is appropriate to confirm in writing the nature of the
engagement and the terms of my representation and that is the purpose of this letter.

My proposed terms of engagement are the following:

(1) Given the nature of the case, I shall require the amount of TWENTY
THOUSAND PHILIPPINE PESOS (Php20,000.00) as and for acceptance fee
and attorney’s fees. This amount shall cover the following services and fees:

(a) Consultations or meetings with you within the confines of my office

and;

(b) Other tasks necessary in the proceedings of the case except

extraordinary ones;

(2) I shall require the amount of THREE THOUSAND PHILIPPINE PESOS

(Php3,000.00) as and for the following:

(c) Appearance fee in every hearing in NLRC and;

(d) Preparation and Filing of every pleading in NLRC;

(3) The expenses for photocopy and filing fees for every pleading that will be
filed shall be for your own account;

If these terms and conditions are acceptable to you, please indicate your
conformity by returning to me a copy of this letter, duly signed.

I look forward to a fruitful relationship with you.
