What is the importance of Practicum Program in my career?

The practicum program is important in my career because it will enable me to visualize
the lessons I have learned from formal schooling. My career, Civil Engineering, requires
analyzation and visualization. I believe the program will be the way to enhance my
analytical skills and technical skills.

How can I improve my personality throughout the program?

My personality will surely be enhanced in the program because it will challenge me in all
aspects. The nervous I felt whenever I am late in the school will be doubled in the
practicum. I expect the program to change my bad work habits. I really don’t want to be
distracted all the time and I want to be an organized person as much as possible. I also
don’t want to be a burden to other people so I will strictly follow my company’s rules and
regulations. Since I will be following those, I can be a better person.

COLLEGE OF MATHEMATICS AND ENGINEERING

April 30, 2019

Mrs. Leonora P. Tapang

President, TEN Construction and Trading Corporation
Lalawigan, Samal, Bataan

Dear Mrs. Tapang:

Greetings!

As part of the Civil Engineering program of our college, students enrolled in

this course must undergo an On-the-Job Training. This would give them the chance to be
exposed to the actual working environment and apply the theories and principles they
learned from their studies.

As a well-established company, we believe that you are our perfect partner in

achieving the objectives of our OJT program. In this connection, we would like to request
your office to accommodate some of our students of their training.

We would like to recommend our student, Eduard Joseph M. Dela Cruz to

undergo a total of 240 hours of full-time OJT training in your company during the term
summer of this year.
At the end of the training, we require our students to submit a narrative report
of their experience together with a certification and an evaluation of their performance
from your company.

We are hoping for your positive response.

Our college is looking forward to a continuous and harmonious relationship

with your company. Thank you and God Bless!

Respectfully yours
Engr. Armando O. Abejar
Dean/Practicum Coordinator
