Dear Fellow Accounting Teachers and School Administrators:

Our warmest greetings! We are cordially inviting you to the 6th Mid-Year Accounting Teachers International Conference
(MYATIC) to be held at Harris Hotel (Tuban-Bali), Bali, Indonesia from October 24 to 26, 2019. We have envisioned this
conference as an avenue to advance nACPAE’s vision for accountancy to become a learned profession. Inspired by Oxford
Economics, we strongly believe that accounting teachers who will thrive in the future are those with skills that cut across digital,
agile, interpersonal and communication, and global operating dimensions. And this future is already the “now” as we continue to
experience disruptive innovations left and right in the context of technology, globalization, and climate change – a compelling
reason why we will be holding this mid-year conference.

The theme for the 6th MYATIC is “Living the Role of Learned Accounting Teachers in Shaping a Learned Accounting
Profession.” Our keynote speaker is Dr. Koh Sze Kee from the Singapore Institute of Technology. We expect to afford
participants with at most twenty (20) CPD units. We have lined up the following activities for this conference: (1) plenary
sessions; (2) parallel research sessions; and (3) visit to partner-university. Our partner-university in Bali is Universitas Udayana.
We anticipate around 150 attendees in this conference composed of regulators, Accounting teachers and administrators (from
Southeast Asia), representatives from professional certification bodies, and practitioners from public accounting firms.

The conference registration fee includes hotel accommodation (3 days and 3 nights), meals (3 breakfast, 3 lunch, 3 dinner), and
conference shirt and kit. There is also a free 24-hour airport shuttle every 20 minutes to the hotel. The hotel is strategically located
next to Ngurah Rai International Airport (Denpasar/Bali). The payment scheme is as follows:

Early Bird Fee If paid from July 29 to August 31, 2019 ₱15,000
Regular Fee If paid from September 1 to September 30, 2019 ₱18,000

Fees may change depending on hotel and other variable charges. Membership fee may be paid onsite. Conference shirt and kits
may not be guaranteed for delegates paying after September 25, 2019.

Please accomplish online registration form (bit.ly/MYATIC2019). Online registration is completed once deposit slip (scanned or
screenshot) is uploaded. We only have limited slots in this conference due to the capacity of the hotel and partner-university. Thus,
a slot is on a first-paid, first-served basis. Please contact us at mobile no. 09175038757 / 09178850902 and/or email us at
nacpae1920@gmail.com for inquiries. Thank you and God bless you.

Very truly yours,
