Head of Training Department

Main functions:

Under general supervision of the Director of Administrative Department I am performing a variety of


human resource services, such as developing employee training and the other following functions as
well :

- Staff recruitment and selection


- Employee relations
- Employee benefits administration
- HR Policies and procedures
- HR reporting
- Other necessary duties related to HRM

Employee skills development


Identifying training/skills/competency needs within the bank. Working with staff and management to
facilitate staff development and training opportunities. Coordinating, developing and presenting training
programs to management and employees.

Staff recruitment and selection


Managing the recruitment process and ensuring candidates to fit the role and company culture.
Advertising vacancies, assessing applications, testing and interviewing applicants. Coordinating and
managing the orientation of new employees, processing probationary reviews and employee evaluations.

Employee relations
Counseling and giving advice to staff on personal and work related issues, providing guidance and
direction to management team and employees on human resource related topics. Maintenance of
personnel files.

Employee benefits administration


Maintenance of employee health insurance and health support programs.

HR Policies and procedures


Developing and updating HR policies and procedures, employee jobs descriptions. Developing, managing
and implementing personnel policies.

HR reporting
Providing relevant HR and payroll information periodically, in order to support the operational
requirements of the bank departments.
