NOTICE

In partial modification to Notice issued vide No. VSSUT/DSW/698/2019 dated 21.06.2019,

the newly allotted students to Hall of Residence of all Odd-Semester 2019, B. Tech./B. Arch and B.
Tech. & M. Tech. Dual Degree are required to deposit their semester registration fees as per the
notice vide Memo No.VSSUT/ACD/709(85) dated, 27.06.2019 issued by the Dean, Academic Affairs.

Further, the interested students who are continuing their study as Day Scholar are requested
to apply for the admission to Hall of Residence in the prescribed format available in office of the
Dean Students’ Welfare on or before 11.07.2019 positively. After allotment of the Hall of Residence,
the allotted boarders shall report to the respective Hall of Residence by 12.07.2019. The Warden
and Asst. Wardens, Caretaker and Matron are requested to ensure that the whole allotment process
becomes and hassle free affair.
