 Movie Length - 3 to 10 min.

 Deadline for Submissions is 04th March 2019 23:59 hrs.
 All members of a team should be from the same institute.
 There is no limit to the number of registrations from an institute/ university.
 There is no restriction on the use of Language, but in case the medium is not in
Hindi, or English subtitles are a must.
 We are averse to any form of Oral, Verbal, or Pictorial Vulgarity. However, creative
freedom is appreciated. It should not target any person, company, organization or entity.
 The movie should stick to the theme.
 RIGHT TO SCREEN: The participants grant the Organizers the non-exclusive
rights to screen (non – commercial) their film/entry on their respective websites
and pages.
 COPYRIGHT: The Film must not contain any copyrighted work(s) belonging to
third parties unless (1) Participants have a license to use such works in the Film,
or (2) the use participants’ Film makes of such works is a fair one under the
copyright laws. Participants will retain any licenses and provide them to
organizers upon request.
 If music or additional film material is used in your film then the source should be cited
in the credits.
 The organizers reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of the contest
without any intimation to the participants at any time after the launch of the contest.
 The decision of the judge will be final and binding.
 Entry and participation imply unconditional acceptance of these terms and regulations.
