Hey Key Clubbers! I hope you’ve been having a great school year

past events
8/13 Banana Festival August events
We took different shifts this day to keep ourselves happy and
energetic for the excited kids at the banana festival. We kept their
creativity going by making sure their paint containers were fully
stocked with paint. Then, as the new wave of kids came in to
continue decorating the mural and beautifying it with their art,
we made sure the paint brushes were washed and ready.

8/25 Club Rush

We utilize the best of our club to attract both our old members and new
members! We had laptops, T-shirts from past years and other divisions,
and our own members to help create one of the most irresistible tables
of the entire event! We sent our members scouring the campus to find
potential leaders of KEY Club and it definitely succeeded with the
amount of members we have now!

8/30 First Meeting

Now it was our turn to dazzle our new members! We had an amazing
turn out; the tables were almost completely filled! As part of the first
meeting, our members got to meet us, their officers for the 2010-2011
year. We showed them a PowerPoint on the joys of being a Key
Clubber, the benefits, and of course, Fall Rally North and DCON!
We’re excited to see how many more monsters can be born from
Laguna Creek High School.

9/4 Chalk it Up
This was definitely one of the most artistic and creative events we’ve
had so far! We started out helping at the volunteer booths and getting
T-shirts and chalk for the amazing artists. Then, to step it up, we
walked around, carrying bags of cold water bottles, snacks, and fruits
to the artists who were too preoccupied on their drawings to think
about nutrition. We then were given our own square to show some
Laguna Creek Key Club pride! Then, we finished off the day by
helping to clean up and enjoying all the art.
