Miniso a Japanese brand are in my nervous now a days.

I bought allot of things and yet I am unable to

replace with other. So, today I have decided to dig into company details and here I came up with
tremendous information. Miniso is just almost 6 years old and now definitely have more than 2600
stores (2600 stores were in 2016).

After reviewing the major strategies, I came to the point that they have perfect customer strategy. I
bought for like 3500 PKR and suddenly I was able to receive a surprise worth 1600 PKR. Like I almost
always receive surprise gifts what a great thing.

I also red that they grow with average 80-100 stores monthly. As a Marketing Specialized it will be unfair
if I will skip the marketing strategy. Best marketing strategy in Pakistan the expansion of stores. And you
will find them at every mall or market area.

Perfect Brand Management Perfect Strategies but yes, every brand can’t afford this type of strategies
because of nature of product.
