S.V.University decided to conduct examinations in February 2019. In this connection, all

the eligible students have to apply for the examinations offline instead of online. However,
examination application and challan forms available in the website www.svudde.in can be
downloaded to apply offline (i.e manually)

2. 2015-16 (Final) : Registered UG Second Year and PG Final Year students
3. 2014-15 (Final) : Registered UG Third year and MBA Third year students
4. And all supplementary students
B. TERM FEES DUES:
University has given an opportunity for the benefit of the students as last chance
to pay the term fee with a fine of Rs. 1000/- to the candidates those who are not paid
their term fee earlier. They can also pay both term fee and examination fee with
applicable fine

 Payment mode: the following steps to be followed.
Step 1 : Download challan from www.svudde.in
Step 2 : Payment made in the bank
Step 3 : Filled in examination application along with D-CHALLAN ORIGINAL paid in the
bank should be submitted to the DDE office on or before 21-01-2019.

1. Last date for payment of term fee with a fine of Rs. 1000/-. 16.1.2019
2. Last date for payment of examination fee without fine. 16-1-2019
3. Last date for payment of examination fee with a fine of Rs. 1000/- 19-1-2019
4. Last date for Submission of filled in examination application to DDE
Office along with ORIGINAL Challan 21-1-2019

E. HOW TO APPLY:
Step1. : Download application and challan form (D-Challan) from web site
www.svudde.in
Step2 : Fill the application with complete paper wise details
Step3 : Download D-Challan & payment made in the Bank
Step4 : Filled in application and challan paid Original should be submitted to the
Director, DDE, S.V.University, Tirupati
F. IMPORTANT NOTE:
 S.V.University is not responsible for the incomplete applications and
applications of not eligible candidates and once fee paid will not be
refunded.
 Change of study centre without genuine reason is strictly avoided. If there is
any unavoidable genuine reason with proof can approach the Director, DDE
with request letter along with D-Challan of Rs. 2000/-. If nodal centre
student wants change of examination centre from Nodal to Study centre
He/She has to pay prescribed examination fee applicable to the study centre.
 For 1st year Students, University will allot the Hall Ticket Numbers. All the
second and final year students should quote their first year hall-ticket
number carefully in the application form in the space provided for Hall-Ticket
number as same Hall Ticket number continued for all the three years.
 All students should enter subject code and paper code properly.
 Fill the correct and working mobile phone numbers, email id, Aadhar Card
number without fail to get your regular mobile alerts, messages, information
without any interruption.
 Submit examination/term fee paid original D-Challan along with the
examination application
