Dear Sir/ Madam,

With the reference to your current achievements and subsequent interview with panel, we take
pleasure in offering you new position of Cultural Affair Coordinator, with the entitled of current
position of Subject Teacher of Mathematics and Science for Grade VI, VII at the subject to the
following Terms and Conditions:

1. Your employment to the new title shall commence from the date i.e. October 1st, 2012
2. This offer of employment is aslo conditional upon notifying us of your acceptance of the
terms and conditions contained herein by signing the attached duplicate copy of this letter of
appointment at the place indicated in the second page, and returning the same to us.
3. Your new monthly salary and allowances, payable monthly in arrears, will be as follows.

Basic Pay: RS. 50,000

Allowances @ 50% of Basic RS. 25000

Deductions:

Provident Fund deduction @ 8% of Basic Salary 4000

Take home Salary – Rs: 71000

ESL Contribution:

Provident fund Contribution @8% of Basic Salary 4000

Cost to ESL –Rs: 79000
