Our early years of education have taught us the importance of eating go, grow, and glow foods

in our daily meal. Today, we learned that being healthy means more than just eating the right amount
of food. It is also relevant that we recognize the importance of an active lifestyle. Hence, our motivation
for a healthy mind and body comes from the will to eat sufficient food along with a regular exercise.

With the advent of technology, we heard news of different kinds of disease nowadays. But this
leaves an important message—we need to take good care of our body. It is important to eat the right
amount of food and take time to have an exercise. In that way, we can achieve a healthy mind and
body. By eating the right amount of food and having a regular exercise, we remain strong and free from
any kind of illness. It is also important to know that eating the right amount of food does not necessarily
mean spending a lot of money. Anyone can be creative in planning a balanced meal. For instance, one
can avoid buying expensive meals by eating vegetables being planted on his or her own backyard
garden. This will to eat properly should be coupled with taking time to have a regular exercise. It’s never
too late to start. Even small things can be of great value to one’s health. For example, a person can jog
or run few meters before starting to work on a particular day. You can also walk with your pets early in
the morning. Walking is a good starting point, for anyone of us to be physically healthy. Anyone can
also do some body stretching. Being healthy does not mean spending a lot of money in a gym. The goal
there is to start your day right which means—a day with an exercise. This will translate to more
important benefits as eating a balanced diet and regular exercise will keep us healthy, both in mind and
in body.

It comes with great hope that everyone of us will live life to the fullest. But actually, we can
achieve this by encouraging ourselves to be interested in eating the right amount of food, and taking
time to do some exercise. It always start within ourselves, the choice to live a happy life. Let it be known
that being healthy brings true happiness. Let us encourage ourselves to better version of “ourselves.”
Let’s start it today by motivating and pushing ourselves to live a healthy lifestyle. Of course, we can!
