Question: How media figures changes the mind of teenagers?

Media figures does affect the teenagers in many ways. If I talk about specifically for Pakistan, then now
this is the time that we are losing our culture and heroes for us are celebrities and yes teenagers do
follow them blindly. For Example, when “Tere Naam” released by Salman Khan from India. Many people
in Pakistan adopted the hairstyle of celebrity.

Teenagers now a days are emotional and as media is a great influencer so yes definatly its effects. Even
the stories do affect the teenagers. People are used to know the brand through the celebrity. Some how
many teenagers use the brand just because of the celebrity. They used to behave like the celebrities’
act. Doesn’t matter if the action is intentionally or unintentionally but the acts do effect.

For many teens, the situation is very confusing while choosing the wrong or right character for them as
they going to follow every single act. Now a days as the digital media is all over. So, it is easier to follow
every act of the person. Teens do watch n follow them on social media and copy them in real life.

On many occasions’ celebrities act negatively and they affect the teens. The negative act not only effect
their lives but others also. Barcely studies shows that the one from the four teens is more influenced by
celebrities rather then any other person from their life.

So, it is concluded that celebrities have high impact on teens in both negative and positive ways. And
there can be many solutions for it. Liabilities of elders to educate teens about the right directions.
Celebrities should be more careful about the situation.
