In the G.Os 1st and 2nd read above, orders were issued appointing Sri
Ramnath Reddy Nukala, Sri Vipparthi Ravi Kumar and Sri V. Nageswarnaik
Sapavathu, who have been provisionally selected for appointment to the post of
District Panchayat Officer in Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Service under Group- I
Services, as District Panchayat Officers and allotted to Srikakulam, Chittoor and East
Godavari Districts respectively for undergoing training, subject to certain
conditions.

2. In the G.O. 3rd read above, orders were issued sanctioning creation of three
(3) supernumerary posts, in terms of 3rd provision of item 22 of Schedule-II of A P.
State Government Secretariat Business Rules, for enabling the District Panchayat
Officers, who are undergoing training to claim their salaries during the training
period, subject to condition that such posts automatically stand lapsed the moment
the public servant concerned is relieved to assume charge in a regular post.

3. In the representations 5th to 7th read above, Sri Ramnath Reddy Nukala, Sri
Vipparthi Ravi Kumar and Sri V. Nageswarnaik Sapavathu, DPO who underwent
training have submitted joining report for further posting orders.

4. Government after examination of the matter, hereby order the following

postings of Distinct Panchayat Officers with immediate effect : -

i) Sri Ramnath Reddy Nukala, District Panchayat Officer waiting for

posting as District Panchayat Officer, Ananthapuramu District in the
existing vacancy.

ii) Sri Vipparthi Ravi Kumar, District Panchayat Officer waiting for
posting as District Panchayat Officer, Srikakulam District in the existing
vacancy.

iii) Sri V. Nageswarnaik Sapavathu, District Panchayat Officer waiting for

posting as District Panchayat Officer, East Godavari District in the
existing vacancy.

5. The Commissioner, Panchayat Raj & Rural Development, AP. Tadepalli, shall
take necessary action in the matter accordingly and intimate the date of joining of
the officers to Government immediately.

6. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department as
per rules in force.
